Senior technician
- Experienced PC Service Technician 
- 4 Years minimum experience, with recognised workshop experience
- The position is customer service and PC repair based.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day organisation of the service centre
  • Book-in and diagnose problems with PC’s and laptops
  • Honestly report and repair faults
  • Liaise directly with customers
  • Report directly to the store manager
  • Selling experience will be an advantage

 
- You must be well presented and have exceptional communication skills
- Drivers License and references required
 
Technician (part time)
- Experienced Workshop Technician with a minimum 2 years experience in PC repairs
- This is a customer service based position, dealing direct with the public

Responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day repairs of PC based systems
  • Book-in and diagnose problems with PC’s and laptops
  • Honestly report and repair faults
  • Liaise directly with customers
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
 
- Drivers license required as this position may involve onsite installations
- The Position deals direct with the public
- Part time position between 2, 3 and 4 days per week
